About the author: Mandy Gonzalez is an acclaimed author, actress and singer. She is known for her leading roles on Broadway which include the original role of Nina Rosario in the Off-Broadway and Broadway productions of the musical, In the Heights, Elphaba in the 2010-2011 Broadway production of Wicked, and since 2016, the role of Angelica Schuyler in the Broadway production of Hamilton.
